Returns and Refunds

Here at Doodle and Pips Ltd we want you to be happy when you receive your order, but if in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the products you received then please contact us on orders@doodleandpips.co.uk and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how to best address it.

In the email please include the following to help us to identify your order & the issue :

  • Order number/code

  • Date of order

  • Date you received the items

  • The items you wish to discuss and state the issue (including product name, product code & quantities) (any photos if necessary)

Returns and Refunds
Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. 

Once you have contacted us, we will then be in touch shortly, informing you on what to do next and to help process your returns and refunds as quickly as possible.

  • Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of your returns request being approved

  • All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging / with original tags and in a re-saleable condition 

  • Any personalised items are non-refundable

  • Please ensure your order number, and list of products you are returning is included or we will be unable to process your return

  • Please take care when packing the products, to reduce the risk of them getting damaged in delivery (We recommend reusing the original postage packaging, if still in good, protective condition)

  • Please have the return address clearly visible on the outside of the postage packaging, with no other addresses or barcode visible.

  • We recommend that you retain proof of postage when returning any products as the products remain your responsibility until they reach us and we are not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds

Refunds will be paid once we have received the products and that we are satisfied with their condition. 

Once we are satisfied with the returned products condition we aim to process your refund within 10 days of the products being received (but during busy periods it may take a little longer).

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

If for any reason we are not satisfied with the condition of the returned products (i.e they have come back damaged) by law we are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Every product at Doodle and Pips is thoroughly checked before it’s dispatched but if, in the unlikely instance, you do receive damaged/faulty products we’d really like to put this right for you. Please contact us immediately on orders@doodleandpips.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. We’ll be in touch shortly to get this resolved as quickly as possible and can then post replacement items to you or refund you the item and delivery .

In the email please include the following to help us to identify your order & the issue :

  • Order number/code when you purchased

  • Date of order

  • Date you received the items

  • The damaged/faulty items you wish to discuss and state the damage/fault (including product name,code & quantities) (any photos if necessary)

Any “Seconds” products can not be refunded as you knew these items were faulty before purchase.

Please note that if you have purchased your Doodle and Pips product indirectly (from a retailer and/or other Site that is not Doodle and Pips) then you will need to take the product to the original place of purchase.
